This is a time lapse of the construction of one of the world trade center buildings. A time lapse in animation is a camera in a still position taking a photo every so often in the clip above a photo got taken once every hour. and in some cases every day or five minutes. Every photo that gets taken gets put into a editing software and it makes it look like it is filming in fast movement.
